Surely the emphasis should be put on the food delivery companies.
Also C&E to stop them coming into the country. Seize on entry.
Instead the authorities have say on their hands.

I have to admit, when the first food delivery companies started popping up, I thought it was a failed business model.
Who have through we’d encourage a generation who are now too lazy to pop out to a local takeaway and prefer to add a delivery charged onto already increased food cost!
