Jess Carter started the France game at left back, got done for pace several times and was moved to the left side of central defence. She started this game in that position and looked hugely exposed again. Now she's been moved again, to the right side of central defence. It's bizarre.

There are some flashes of very good play occasionally but generally the standard is very poor. Both goals were so so poor to concede.
Not watched much of the women's Euro's but have to agree the standard is poor, so many missed placed passes. Not gonna bother with the 2nd half as it was starting to wind me up.
I wish England all the best though. The journey leads you to the answers..

The Lionesses are too slow and too small. They might have decent feet but it’s not enough.

Yep, the Swedes look far more physically imposing, faster and tactically out smarted England. It's a frustrating watch.
