Apparently the agent breached the confidentiality agreement by telling Spurs of the release clause.

Forest are crying lol 2 players lost in the matter of hours really. It's not inherently confidential release clauses so maybe the agent was just helping secure a move for his client by telling the club offer 60 million they can't refuse it
