I renewed my membership.
It is expensive but I think of it as a bet that we will get promoted by the time Power Court is opened. If we do, you’ll have locked in this year’s and previous years’ memberships, thus be at the front of the queue in the scramble for tickets.
I suppose I could have also simply said ‘support your club when times are tough’. Easy to say, though, if you’re not struggling for cash week to week. For some, it’s a stretch.

There's about 7k season ticket holders plus the waiting list, but quite a few of those will probably be members.
So maybe about 12k in total. That still leaves a lot of tickets for others.

The difference in ticket availability between the 2 year and 3 year members (or was it 3 and 4?) was huge. The longer members (fnaar) were almost guaranteed a ticket as opposed to a bit of a scramble for the rest.
