I understand people are still pissed off about last season. I was pissed off.
But to me it's depressing to see the same old people constantly slagging 2020 off for every thing they do, not allowing a little patience/give them benefit of the doubt to get things right, just because they got it wrong one season out of 10.
We overachieved by getting promoted to the PL. We fucked up last season, big time. But I trust the owners to get it right. They've rarely let the club down in the time they've been in charge.
Sick note? Certainly not to the same level as say Baptiste so far in his career.
They are obviously aware of the risks so rather than buy him outright we've got him on a year-long loan, only obligated to buy if "certain criteria are met".
So, we will pay a fee for him, if he proves himself, it could be very sound business.
