That's not a new soundbite at all. Nathan Jones certainly used it and Still. It's a common term to use after losing a quality player you wish you could keep.

Well, the saying was new in 1885 when Professionalism was made legal (partially).

Agree.

If MB does want to play a back 4, McGuinness, Christ, Naismith, Mads would be fine (assuming Mads is fit). Mengi would be fine too, but expect him to move on too before the window is closed. Holmes as well.

One more I reckon. If we want to play a back four the thing we need most is full backs, also at least one striker
