I make it 23 currently, including 21 year olds Fanne and Makosso and players who will probably leave (Nakamba, Doughty etc). Not including U21s (Nelson, JJ, Walters, new lad from Exeter) or Lockyer.
I reckon up to half of the squad could change before the end of the window, so not a huge amount of point looking at it now unless you work for the club's coaching or recruitment departments.

Officially 19 as it stands. Judging from Luton Today, one incoming likely this week, and four possibly out. If that does happen, I make that 16. But so far, 19 of 22.
