I find that a really weird attitude…they are paid professionals not fans. Agree they did a shit job last season but if they get offered a better contract then of course they will leave….just as you would.
Personally would have liked to have kept Kaminski , Doughty and Morris. We obviously have a wage structure but say we sign someone for a mill and pay them £10k a week but doughty is on £15k p/w the other player needs to be a lot better….which imo is a big gamble. Mengi I am not so bothered about …mainly because I think Christ & McGuinness make a decent centre of defence pairing. Similar with Chong ….still have great memories of him and Doughty tearing Chelsea a new one last 30 mins of that game but to often disappears …would be surprised if anyone came in for him tbh. Not sure we need mads, Holmes , mengi, Christ , McGuiness, Burke & Lockyer….seems like yesterday we had a centre half crisis and panic bought McGuinness….agent mate took the piss said we had overpaid…I am not so sure now.

Agree with Christ and McGuiness. They'll be quality next season. Could do with 2 attacking full backs in the JJ/Stacey mould and we'll be laughing. Naismith will obviously be involved but doubt he'd play every week. Saville and Aasgaard(hopefully) in midfield with Jones and another either side. Alli and another up front. All of a sudden things start looking optimistic.

No keeper is perfect. Kaminski has been one of our better players since he came. Hopefully we won’t need a great shot stopper this upcoming season. Hopefully we won’t spend entire games on defense.

3 goals conceded from crosses - keeper rooted to his line afraid to leave it. Keeper is part of the defence and needs to organise it and help it out. Absolutely bottler who never speaks a word during the game and conceded about 200 goals last 2 seasons. Sadly too many of our supporters and it appears decision makers are driven by emotion rather than reason "nice guy" "did some good for camera saves in PL" a big part of reason we are half way to becoming a mid table L1 club

He's not a good GK - can't really command his area or organise a defence.
Unfortunately, he's definitely played his part in a team which conceded 170 goals across all competitions in two seasons.
