That will be up to the police / DPS, however, suggesting "death to the IDF" might be harder to connect with inciting racial hatred here in the UK than say Lucy Connolly's post.
Israel has mandatory conscription requiring military service in the IDF. Men serve about 32 months, and women about 24 months, usually starting at age 18. Therefore, when Pacal Robinson-Foster chants 'Death to the IDF' and 5,000 soap-dodging lefty lemmings join in, it targets all Israelis and clearly incites hatred.
If the law states otherwise, it needs to be changed. Oh, and fuck Hamas.
And how do the soap-dodging lefty lemmings afford the £400 to go to Glastonbury? I'd guess they don't, and the largely middle-class at Glastonbury are now finally seeing Israel for what it is.
I'm just making the quite clear observation that it's somewhat different. I'm making no value judgement about whether it should be or not.
I'm just expecting the outrage about two-tier justice as if it was something new, only applied to certain cases or that it wasn't the previous government that enacted these laws.
I've only seen bits of it tbh. I've not seen anything that made me go 'wow'. On the upside, in only 5 days time music will be rescued for the summer when the greatest band to ever walk planet earth start their tour.
