I see they are still belting out shit songs over the PA system after the big games instead of letting the fans create their own atmosphere.

You are both talking bollox …I went today the atmosphere the Palace fans created was fucking brilliant . Strangely I was in almost the exactly same position as the play off finals and they were miles louder than us. You might not like 200 ‘ultras ‘ orchestrating the fans with a drum but it really helps. I spoke with a couple of the players after and they said it made a huge difference…mock them all you like but it works.

I take your point about taking a ticket from a “proper” fan but I was in a box which wasn’t depriving a regular fan from a ticket. I also think that giving nearly a third of the tickets to “ neutrals/ hospitality “ is wrong which they do at Wembley. You can no longer drink outside the ground anymore either so strange not seeing people swigging lager walking up Wembley way.

Yep fair enough it being an opinion but my point was Palace didn’t need the PA system to create an atmosphere…they didn’t stop singing all through the game. The 200 odd in white t shirts started 30 mins before ko and we’re still going 30 mins after …they must be knackered today !!
