My renewal went smoothly, but have just advised a mate who was struggling with setting a new password to look in spam/junk for ticket office reply.

If you look on Account transactions, it tells you there. But no email etc.

I struggled a bit. Hate the way it says you have 25 minutes to complete purchase and then a minute later it's down to 4 minutes.
I am a technospaz so it could be. Pleased to have renewed and looking forward to next season
