I believe that the second allocation is about 900.

Oxford,Leeds and Derby all say 2542. That's nearer the 10% of the total ground capacity which I thought was the guideline.

Full allocation seems to be 2,542.

Derby had that Saturday. Quick google suggests it’s what other teams have had this season, can’t see anything higher.

The way the Baggies are going they'll be giving us 10k as most of their fans won't be bothered going

That is the strange business model of football. A product to be sold. A set (home) of customers with no interest. Another set (away) of customers refused, despite the money being waved.

A lot of it is probably down to logistics - they can probably only increase our allocation further by moving STHs. Not a good thing to do around the time that they are looking for them to renew after a (relatively) disappointing season.

They could give us the whole of the Smethwick End - as if it were a cup game. In that sense they must have the logistics in place for that eventuality.

I get your point about logistics but if they were compensated sufficiently then there should be little issue. For instance giving any moved STH a £15 club shop voucher would still be profitable to sell more away tickets at £30 a pop or whatever they are.

If the positions were reversed, could you see our STHs agreeing to that?

They wouldn't have to agree. They would be just told.

I agree. It isn't going to happen as if it were it would probably have needed to sorted by now. I was just trying to make the point that it could happen if there was sufficient will to make it so.

Full allocation is just over 2500 - further tickets on sale Thursday (to season card holders)
