Aasgaard up front

Someone suggests this below. Think it could work. He's obviously got a shot on him. BRING Naismith in as a defensive midfielder with Walsh and Clark the attacking/creative options in the middle.
Overall Bell is probably still best option at left back but he needs a rocket up his arse. Far too sloppy these days god knows where his head is at the moment.outlaws is not the barometer of sanity.

Unfortunately it will not happen and we will continue to pick an out of form/past it Morris in the hope he will do something he hasn't achieved in the last 20 matches. He is just as bad as Captain as he is a scorer of goals
Aasgaard upfront with Alli is not as daft as it sounds given we have played Chong and Clark up there. At least they have the ability to create their own chances, which they probably will have to do when our other little warriors continue to good high balls to them
Morris has slogged his guts out for this team. Most of our attacking play has come through him holding the ball up or winning headers.
Last three games though he has looked absolutely shot. Opposition have realised that if you stop him winning the flick ons we offer very little else. Noticeable that yesterday they always had two defenders on him.
Aasgard is a good number ten but looked absolutely lost in the fifteen minutes he spent up top against Leeds.

We’ve had no attacking play this season and Morris has created very little. Hashi runs more than Morris, should he also start every game?
That's a good point, for all that it's true that Morris hasn't scored I think you'd have to work hard to find a reel of chances that he's missed in any great number.
Like Stoke before scoring his end product is hopeless.

He's obviously emboldened to have a go following his goal at Stoke and can't blame him but he had better options couple of times yesterday. If he'd scored with the one that hit the bar we'd all be raving about him today. He does cause the opposition problems and I haven't got a problem with him starting on Friday.outlaws is not the barometer of sanity.
Proven goal scorer that hasn't scored in 2025? Past performance is no real measure of current effectiveness. Playing Morris every match makes us predictable and easy to defend against so, yes, change things around as we have nothing to lose and possibly something to gain

Keep Morris, drop Chongoutlaws is not the barometer of sanity.
Dropping Chong is the correct answer, the only question is from what height?

Same line up as yesterday but switch Chong out and put Aasgaard in there then ring Naismith into a defensive midfield position just in front of the defence outlaws is not the barometer of sanity.
