We are now going to be building again and probably won't be back in the Championship for another two or three years, let that sink in.

      I didn’t want us to get promoted to the PL, it was far too early for the club with our recent history. We’d have been better if just finishing mid table in the Championship and when in Power Court go from there. But the PL money is undeniably very useful, but we’re suffering for the PL now.

          Concur but think it'll be longer than two to three years.

          There needs to be a clear out. Obviously a few will move on as they do not want to play in League 1. However, I feel we are stuck with the majority that we have as:

          1. Who will want them?
          2. Even if the club accepted a nominal fee or no fee, current wage/contract will not be matched.

          All this talk about, MB will be able to shape the squad will not materialise as it will be a one out/one in approach. Consequently, MB will be under immense pressure at the start of next season. I just hope we follow the Sunderland approach (without the drama) rather than Wigan - but my gut says it will be the latter. Five years minimum I'd say.

            Totally agree its been a total shambles from that night against Burnley in all fairness.

            We cant score players out of form. Players who didnt want to be here Edwards being so stubborn not changin ways on the pitch off field issues its just been a total shambles. Watching that game Blackburn know how to get a result against us.
