don't claim to be a tactical expert but wasn't it obvious very early on that our set up was wrong against Blackburn. Do managers ever have a plan B at this level? Luton managers certainly don't seem to.
Yes I'm afraid today it was. The jury is still out on him given what he's working with - not his own signings for starters. But it was clear overall that Blackburn were coming to stifle us and then, as has been clear all season, we just can't break down teams. Chong and Bell were abysmal today. Walsh was poor and Alli was a shadow of his performance at Stoke. Burke looked rusty when he came on. Just so many below par performances today when we needed every man and his dog in tip top form. Regrettably my pre-match prediction proved accurate (yep, I know, Godders is never usually right etc.).
