We need a Director of football to let Gary focus on being a CEO and the stadium. Director of football to choose a new recruitment team - we have got it so wrong with injured players. Fine not to spend a fortune - I would accept the current league position if we had a strong youth policy that was focussed on the future. A new manager that can stabilise the ship - it is too poor at the moment to have an inexperienced manager. An appointment to the end of the season would be fine - Mark Robins would fit that bill whilst we get the right club structure in place.

Exactly,how did we ever win those games? I have never seen a director of football score a goal or put in a tackle.

Robins would be my choice, maybe Shumaker or Rowett , but as the guys said on Luton Town Supporters Trust Podcast I doubt they'll go for Robins, they'll probably go for someone pretty young .
