No way..this present manager was ex conference prior to Watford then us..not good enough experience in the market place needed..not a sicknote or Giles recruiter..refresh needed with experience

A great player and club legend does not automatically make a great manager, especially if he has no experience of management. Ricky Hill, and Bryan Gunn at Norwich, spring to mind.
