They are great lads and a lot of what they say I agree with, but whilst I do think the players need to take the blame, Rob is the manager at the end of the day, and it's not been good enough, these two will stick up for him no matter what. I would love Rob to turn it around, but I can't see it .

According to those 2,Robins doesn't fit 2020 criteria for a manager, they said it would probably be someone young .

According to the host of this podcast, we were supposed to trust the process after dreadful performances throughout the season
They seem to have finally woken up to what everybody else has been seeing and saying with regards to recruitment training fitness et cetera but they still refuse to acknowledge that Edwards has any part to blame
They really do worry about their paymasters. Such a shame isn’t an independent voice for the fans.

Trollope and Kyle seem to be evading the blame when it comes to our shit form. Coaches are supposed to improve players, and Kyle in particular was feted as a great coach when he came to us. How many of our players have been improved in the last 2 years under Edwards? It’s what we base our whole philosophy on, taking players with potential, improving them, selling them on. If our coaches are shit, the whole thing falls apart.

What I find very interesting is that they say the players are letting the manager down and throwing him under the bus (which to a degree is true) and seem to be trying to excuse him somewhat, but at the same time mention HIM giving them the best days of the their football lives, they can't have it both ways, they can't give him all the credit but excuse him from the blame ....... by the way my own view is Edwards is great guy and a good manager but in all walks of life results determine outcomes ..... a suggestion would be bring in a new different coach that will challenge the status quo and perhaps bring some change of ideas

Like the players the coaching staff seem very disjointed, Trollope are Kyle don’t seem very vocal , quite often it’s Pilkington shouting the instructions, I thought he was purely the goalkeeping coach, at times last season It seemed to be Krull standing up and shouting it’s no wonder the players are not sure what to do at times .RE has been more vocal and agitated lately, but at times this season he has just been sat on the bench.
