They said that in January 2023.
He proved himself rather well in the 23/24 season, as was the purpose of his loan.

Yes they did which was my point so that's a fact! What is also a fact is he's done well in league 1 but never scored in the championship. And if a manager who sees him every day doesn't rate him I'd take his opinion rather than obsessed fans

Nothing to do with how good he is unfortunately, had a bust up with a senior player a while ago apparently which would explain it. If Woodrow is considered better and he can’t even get a place on the bench then time to retire … watch him go back to Lincoln and start scoring
