    Gary sweet and the board

Personally think they have worked wonders.
They do listen too, rehiring nathan jones after they fell out then saving us from relegation in 2020 to then build a squad for the premiership out of peanuts and premiership loans.
Having the 2nd or 3rd lowest budget/resources in the division the club were humble and stuck together. The fans were together...

We must remember who we are!

    Do you trust them?
     Yes
     No
     Have my doubts

Nobody is above questioning, and past actions don't grant lifetime passes.

There's always going to be highs and lows, and if you embrace and profit from the limelight, you also need to stand tall and lead when shadows start to be cast.

Clear communication, clearly published standards, goals, and expectations, transparency with club strategy and an open breakdown of who owns what, and where money is earmarked for would be the bedrock of an even greater relationship moving forward.

Not even the greatest rulers were immune to the allures of success, profits and power. People change in 18 years, and it's down to those around them to keep everybody focused on the greater good.

So who is going to come along and buy us? Mike Ashley? Happy with that

How many other clubs do all of that, then?

              Mylittlepony FC Ebsfleet.

              That went really well too...

I - for one - would like to be part of something groundbreaking, and which I can be proud of in all aspects. What other clubs do is of no concern to me.

2020 should be regarded as custodians, not owners.

                  Where have you been?

‘Custodians’ is exactly the term 2020 have used for themselves since 2007?

That is a very valid point. Did coventry tell there supporters that they were going to sack robins ?????

There is no question in my mind that they should remain as owners.

But no one is above criticism - they correctly invite it when constructive, which I think the majority of it is. Frankly speaking, 18 years is a long time for someone to remain in post and maybe fresh ideas are needed. Clearly accountability is important and the on-field performance is a KPI undoubtedly.

I've said in the past that overseeing Power Court, the club day-to-day and the on-field matters is a lot of work for two people, let alone one.

Perhaps we need a restructure off the pitch. I like the idea of a Technical Director, although it seems to be a 50:50 split where some managers would reject such a setup. I think Mick Harford has been de facto in this role anyway, but performance isn't screaming success at the moment.

The stadium project is a full time job within itself.
Whilst evolving from a league one club to a championship/premiership size club there's no doubt there will be issues along the way.
Untill we actually move into this stadium we are certainly limited.
The club won the lottery last season and a few dodgy results are always on the cards for any club.
I'd rather have the consistency of gary sweet and the board in control of the club than someone who does not care and is in it for themselves.
