For me it’s time for a director of football. Someone to focus on the contacts signing negotiations manger and footballing philosophy etc ..
Gs and 2020 have done amazing work for the club but what we’re seeing now comes from 3 poor windows
Promotion season focus for gs was on upgrading the Kenny
Last two windows on pc. 1 man can only do so much.
We can’t keep singing injury prone players then wonder why our manger can never pick a settled side especially back line

Totally agree about a Director of Football. I was about to post similar.
When GS spoke about Power Court on Sky before the West Brom game, he mentioned about being at the training ground and seeing how hard they were working. Is his presence really needed there and is that normal for a Chief Executive. I get the impression he wants to be involved absolutely in everything!
