Not totally his fault but by far one of the worst managers this club has had.
Got lucky with no real track record, inherited a squad from NJ, got a free pass for a season and clearly hopelessly out of his depth now

Reminds me of the Tinkerman when he won the league with Leicester. Against his nature he resisted the urge to mess with Pearson's team. Soon got found out the following season.
