    Walsh

I’ve never dig out individual players on here but I’m going to make an exception because I’m at an absolute loss as to why we signed Walsh - aside from him once being promising and now being free.

I knew he had barely played over the last few years and was injury prone but I didn’t know he was a walking red card and constantly gives it out to his own team mates during a game.

Very lucky to remain on the pitch today.

If he never plays for us again I'll be happy.

That tackle sums it up for me. Hopefully Morris gives him a slap in the dressing room.

Neat and tidy on the ball in an unremarkable way. Can't tackle, shit attitude. Abysmal signing

        Cheap signing.

A desperate signing from a shit transfer window.

I can't imagine him being in the top 10 of our targets at the beginning of the window. Or is he was, the entire transfer department needs a shake up.

The fact that Pelly is benched whilst Walsh gets playing time is a fucking disgrace tbh.

I suspect he was slightly further up our list of targets, as he was already with us pre Burnley.

Seems a huge oversight that we clearly had identified several targets, but were unwilling to pay the transfer/wages. Surely this would have been a part of our due diligence, prior to finalising our targets?!

Our lack of use of the loan market was what annoyed me the most, particularly as we had publicly built good relationships with several prem clubs last year.

Prem clubs want loan fees for season long loans though. Gary Billy
Big bollocks won’t pay it. Alas we ended up with no loans.

              Bang on there .

If I was manager I'd have had him off after that tackle

I thought he was doing well until we kept leaking pathetic goals.

Like the first one where he didn’t close down his man or react quick enough to the ball.

Chong is far worse. He does nothing most games, forget the odd goal when he's on its like having 10 men

                  Disagree.
He's the only player that consistently looks to go forward when he has the ball.

Blame Kaminski for the first goal. He stood in the centre of goal, then threw himself to his right before the shot even came in. The ball entered our net exactly where Kam had been standing.

Had he stood his ground he most probably would have saved the shot. Like so many modern keepers he guesses. Good keepers don't do that, they stand their ground and wait for the shot to come in.

and the other midfield signing sick note hardly fills one with confidence for the future,
