Cardiff on form, we are obviously struggling so that's decent

From our matches at home we have been unlucky but great to get the win we deserved tonight.

Middlesboro be tough but this team can get a win im sure

        Not really, A

We were well beaten by Burnley, had an utter shocker 2nd half QPR, lucky to beat Wednesday, etc

We were unlucky against Sunderland but that's about it really

Great to see a clean sheet!

          Agreed

Poor form is usually turned around through defensive solidity, first of all, and then building from there

Hopefully we can be solid and get a positive result on Saturday, too, to take us into the 2-week break

I thought we looked very strong at the back, Bell and Mengi make a huge difference. Cardiff rarely threatened and we seemed to grow in confidence on the back of a strong defensive performance.

Minor niggle but I think Chong is too lightweight if we are going to grind out results. I'd like to see Nakamba alongside Krauss and play Clark or Baptiste further forward.

Agreed. 1 from Pelly, Clark and Walsh should play in midfield with Krauß and Baptiste with a bit of rotation in 3 game weeks of course. But he doesn't seem to rate Pelly and is Baptiste up to playing a lot fitness wise? A new centre midfielder in January might be nice as, as Dr Ince says, I worry about Nakamba and his fitness

For me, Chong is a wide player but we don't play a system which accommodates wide forwards

Heard from a few people now that Nakamba is fucked. Can't do much training or more than about 20 mins in a game.

Good option to have off the bench to close a game out, but not for a full game.

Delighted if they're wrong of course.

I think Clark and Chong is too lightweight, got to be one or the other and then two actual midfielders for me

That's a huge shame if that's the case.

To me, Chong is looking more and more like a luxury player. It's not really what we need at the moment.

Get him on a weights programme and beef him him up.

He's definitely not the strongest, but he does do a lot for us,imo. There are games that won't suit him, but he gives us an outlet to get up the pitch with the ball
