There great .... the guys that appear on them clearly have played or coached at the highest level as they feel educated enough to comment on the professional game and the need to publish their insights ...................................................... that said I would rather listen to a Podcast about Luton Town than a minute of TalkSport

See. Here’s thing for me. Even if I can’t stand the pundit. If they were an ex pro their opinion and insight is still far more valuable than a bunch of virgins who have appointed themselves the voice of the fans.
