Hopefully we will have a new manager by then, and there will be space in squad to bring at least 2 or 3 in.
The board needs to act before it’s too late. QPR still only won one match this season (two if include Carabao Cup). Both against Luton.

With 3 or 4 more wins and a few more draws and a couple of defeats by then we won't be needing a new manager because we'll be climbing the league and on the verge of a play off spot. We're perennial slow starters and this is a tight league and few wins quickly elevates any team.

I hope you’re right. I just think Edwards has been out-coached so many times in 2024, and I can’t really see things improving. Happy to be wrong!
We threw away so many points in the first 9 games playing that nonsense 5-2-3 formation, or whatever it was! He got it really wrong in 2 or 3 of the winnable Premier League games this year too.
Where on earth do you get 3-4 wins from for a team who have won just one game comfortably all season?
Moreover “perennial slow starters” is just a get out of jail card for the decisions that have left us floundering at the bottom of the league. And for those who made those decisions, transfers wise snd tactically.
With respect padre you are gaslighting us.

He's right though.
We have started slowly in some seasons, but usually we've picked up a bit by now.

You seem to have missed typing the words 'in my opinion'
I’d like us to not be perpetual slow starters and have this excuse made most seasons.
Particularly when the manager wants to be Champions.
It’s going to be a phenomenal run from here to do that.
Why is it in anyway acceptable to be slow starters this season?

I wouldn't get over excited about anything happening. There's clearly zero intention of spending any of the bonus money we got from promotion on the squad.
Maybe an injury prone midfielder to step in when the other injury prone midfielders are injured.

Is that a serious question?
We are back in the bottom three and need to sort things out in our next two games, or else (probably).
If we are expecting the season to be transformed by the transfer window we better get used to the idea of League 1 football.
There are probably 10-12 games before the start of Jan, and don’t forget we like to do our business late now so make that 15.

We signed the players this summer in anticipation of League One football next season.
Or some other guff the sheep will lap up.

Unless we win tomorrow night we will be bottom three going into the next break, as can’t see us getting a win away at Middlesbrough. Bottom 3 after a third of the season(15 games)!

We have played all four of the other teams in bottom five, and got a total of one point!
Totally unacceptable, and largely down to the stubbornness of Edwards and his strange tactics. Needs to go.
