Lack of confidence

Although i don't like the back 3 and would prefer a back 4 i think the main thing holding us back is a lack of confidence and a winning mentality, our experience in the premier league has made us have a lack of belief and how to win games, we had a confidence and winning mentality and hard to beat attitude 2 years ago in the championship, it's up to rob to get it back, i don't think he can

Hasn't affected Burnley and Sheff U. Sheff U in particular took a number of very heavy drubbings in the PL. I don't either.

that despite what some say on here and despite him being a very nice bloke and all that, unfortunately Rob Edwards is actually not a very good manager.
When he leaves Luton, he will most likely get a job in L1 (which is probably his level in a honesty).
This is the same Rob Edwards that took us to the Premier League and almost kept us there on a shoestring budget. Back the team and the manager Rob will get it right.
That's a bit harsh. In February, I think we had something like 22 points from about the same number of games, so theoretically 4/5 wins from staying up. Appreciate we got nowhere near - a lot due to injuries, though they were largely because we were having to bust a gut every game to even compete - but we weren't a million miles off.
