    full backs and DM

Is this the missing area for us? Seems that centre backs when all fit we are well catered for and again attacking midfield we are not too bad on paper. Also Morris and Ade are a proven goal scoring partnership at this level. From what I can see Marv is now past it so we only really have Krau8 as the box to box midfielder. Our first choice full backs (Is it Hashi and Doughty?) don't seem to defend that well beyond athleticism and effort (which only get you so far). Perhaps in January a full back and a DM would be what we need? Just seems a lot of our conceded goals stem from behind the full back position

Marve can still be effective just sitting in front of the defender with Krause more attacking, he has in recent games played some great through balls, Clicker is fine as a number 10 in the hole he has goals in him as was proved at Wembley and has scored a few this season, he is not a CM.

What is a box to box midfield player?

Seems a common consensus that Marv is 'past it'.

Not sure what this is based on. He's had a bad injury and is slowly working his way back to match fitness. I wouldn't be in such a hurry to write him off.

That’s a typical Outlaws post you have picked up on there mate , well spotted.
Somebody said a couple of weeks ago that Marv looked a bit “ Leggy”
That turned into “Marv is past his best”
Herts Hatter then posts as if it’s fact

It’s how this Board works( it’s been McGuinnes, Hashi, Pelly, Clark as well for most of the last month as well)

bad injury. And wrong side of 30. Never going to be the same player he was.

He's only 30. Could easily have another 4/5 seasons ahead of him.

Players at that age do get injuries and recover.

                    He can’t even train everyday
                    Looks slightly overweight too IMO

Lamine Fanne (joining in January) is a DM, no?
