Next 6 games

Happy clappers saying we need to give Edwards 15 games now... earlier on in the season it was 10, but now it's 15. OK let's look at the next 6 games between October and November's international break shall we...
4 home, Shitford Sunderland West Brom and Cardiff
2 away, Coventry and Middlesbrough.
What would be a realistic points target given our start to the season, and how we are playing now.
For me, and as much as I think RE is a decent enough humble guy, I agree with the earlier post that last season we just accepted defeat, because it was the Premier League, and we got told to just enjoy the ride.
This season is much different, these next 6 games will define our season. But they aren't going to be easy. Edwards has these 6 games up 15 played to turn this around.
Can he do it? Only time will tell.

I think it partly depends on how RE reacts to everything that is going on. Yesterday was the first time I was really concerned because managers playing players out of position is often a sign of the stress getting to them, and I think about half the team were out of position yesterday. This team has played well this season, at Preston, at Portsmouth before the sending off and first halves against QPR and Millwall, on other days we’d have got more from those games. We’ve recruited for a back 3 so stick with it, go more conservative with the wing backs and build into the season. I do though fear that the die is cast and his thinking is now too scrambled, I hope I’m wrong

You just sound stupid saying "happy clappers".
And no-one "just accepted defeat".
Pretty much everyone was up for almost every game, the players and crowd gave everything but with the injuries we fell short. But no-one "just accepted defeat", we understood the situation and appreciated what the players were trying to do in an extremely tough set of cirumstances.

Can't see more than 1 win and 2 draws from that lot.

After that stretch I’m quite sure we’ll be in the relegation zone.
