PC Decision

What’s the procedure now that the detailed plans have been submitted to the council? Is it a full hearing with everyone in attendance? If anything like last time, will they ask inane questions, that had already been addressed?
If some elements are turned down, does it mean we tweak the plans?
No idea how detailed planning goes…. Will some arse object on something? Surely time for objections are long past?
To me is a done deal, and should be simply rubber stamped!!

Too right. Fuck the law and the planning system. Let's just illegally erect a stadium and wider development and hope nobody ever notices.

Well...
Hasnt outright planning been approved?
This detailed plan is how its going to look right down to the colour of the doors etc. I belive planning was given for the larger capcity stadium.
Could be wrong.

That can't be right. 'Kitman' and Dave The Hedgehog stated on here at the weekend that the detailed plans were just a rough idea of what the grounds going to look like to please planners. The thick twats.

No idea?…. So can there be further delays, if someone objects to car park exit/floodlights/noise etc?

If it gete voted through, which you would think is likely, then there wouldn't be any more delays?
The tome for objections will be before the meeting, with a time limit on when objections can be lodged by.
You would also guess thst there won't be any objector as big as C&R last time.

I'm sure there'll be a few, probably about trafficageddon.
Remember some people claim they didn't know they could object to the original plans, they might want to take this chance, for all the good it'll do.

At the last committee considering Newlands Park changes before the club sold the site, one of the members decided to use the opportunity to have swipe at the club about traffic issues around KR on match days. Another spent ages having a go at Power Court demanding to know about bus lanes, park and ride and shaking his head constantly repeating "it's going to be a nightmare..a nightmare".

I would assume that there is at least an element of ensuring that the detail conforms to the principles established in the outline planning?

Once all agreed/approved, the construction presumably needs to go out to tender which I imagine could take a while to cost out/quote for? *he says knowing precisely fuck all about the construction industry...
