    Diesel

Just paid 138 for diesel. Decent price. I presume the war in Ukraine has finished then? Only that was the excuse 6 months ago for it being so expensive.

It was €1.28 in Spain 3 weeks ago, that's £1.08
You still think that's a good price?

Oil is cheaper and the pound is a bit stronger than it was.

It’ll likely strengthen further against the Dollar in the wake of the unexpected half percent interest rate cut yesterday.

Interest rate cuts reduce the strength of currency, and none of this has anything to do with the government, interest rate policy is owned by the Bank of England

So we should ignore the austerity measures of the last 14 years that caused many more millions to suffer child poverty.

Those OAPs who need help now will get it, those that don’t will have less gifted cash for beer, tobacco and sky sports subscriptions.

Those OAPs who have saved and invested well don’t need that money.

After the feast comes the reckoning.
