Interesting to watch him last night and compare to last season. No doubt he was given total freedom with us for good reason but also did take the piss on occasions. In that Villa side he is very quick to move the ball on - I guess better players make themselves available. Last season he often held on to the ball for ages

I’ve heard dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) can be really helpful for BPD. Has anyone here tried it or have suggestions on coping mechanisms?
