    Fred has signed for Wycombe.

Good luck to him. Great bloke and much better than League 1 if wasn’t so injury prone.

Love Fred. Never let us down. Pity he was made of crisps.

I'm not convinced that anything we have signed for defence or attack is any better. Fred dumped by an inadequate manager.

You don't think Walters is better?

Bit early to judge Walters. Impressed with some parts of his performance but he hasn't played in a side that has attained any points yet.

He did well when called upon last season, good luck to him

I am sure he is a good bloke - definitely tries hard. Disagree about his standard. He was not really a good enough player when in the championship but L1 could be a good level for him. Ultimately he was not signed by any Championship clubs which speak volumes given not many ex Premier League and Championship players around without a contract. Hopefully he can have a decent career and earn a good wage at Wycombe - sounds like a good move as I guess he lives locally

That’s fair enough, it is his level now. I meant that regular injuries have blighted his career and prevented him from being at least a good Championship player, in my opinion.
