    Club Shop

I've seen a few very negative comments since Monday across social media about the club shop. It's always been below par, but feels a bit more pronounced than normal.

What happened - no stock at all?

      It really is embarrassing.

Online isn’t any better. Saw a coat last week but didn’t want to buy it as I didn’t want to carry it around in the warm weather. The same coats or jackets don’t appear online.

And the new kit pictures aren't online either let alone an option for pre-order and certainly zero chance of any stock for goodness knows how long.

Put it this way, stock taking take a couple of minutes

Everything is being blown out of proportion because the club refuse to engage with its customers.

Unfortunately due to the club seemingly taking the general customer base for granted, and showing no will to be open, or honest with the goings on at the club, facilitated by all the supporters group, and the on field disaster class since Christmas, the peasants are now gathering their pitchforks.

I got a survey about “The match experience” emailed by the club today. There was a section on the club shop. Maybe nothing will come of it, and the survey wasn’t as detailed as it could have been. But maybe the club really is looking to get itself together on this stuff.

This is why I asked the question initially. But I believe there were surveys virtually all of last season (I maybe answered one).

I think that this is something that Lisa, the Fan Engagement Officer (what used to be the SLO) has been involved with to get feedback.

I got one as well. I had a few similar ones last season but I don't recall questions about the shop or food and drink before.

Did you comment about the LB bus in the "Other comments" bit - although it isn't run by the club, it's part of the "matchday experience" and the club may be able to influence the situation.

Thanks for the intel. And yes, I did mention the LB bus, cheers.
