    Young players and persective

Yes losing 4-1 isnt ideal . Even less so in the opening game at home.

3 teenagers making their debuts was always going to be a risk (albeit one that we didn`t have much choice over). And yes Burnley exploited that lack of experience. Guess what Players will learn..

We do need a CB and CM even with the players to come back, since we lost 2 CB`s and 2 CM`s and have bought in one of each. but people seem to be screaming "buy ANYONE" and "the MORE MONEY THE BETTER". Wrong approach

One game. Out of 46. Not a good one. Not a cause for mass hysteria either (but that is the way of things).

    We will
a)Sign players before end of August
b)Be there or thereabouts ends of season
c)Look a lot better when we have players back.

Probably not time for collective wrist slashing yet..

      When is

Why start two kids against arguably the strongest opponent in the division when Pelly and Holmes are on the bench.

Back 3 a shambles with 2 kids totally inexperienced in playing in wide centre half positions.

Why not give Joe Taylor a 20 min run when Morris was tanking?

Edwards clearly has his favourites and doesn’t want to upset the clique.

Edwards has to turn this around quick otherwise fans will be on his back.

          My guesses..not that i`m saying i agree...

Holmes may be more a no nonsense header...unsure on his pace. And pace did us 3 times last night

As for Pelly - it was a lata change obviously. Nelson maybe more attacking than Pelly so keeps the gameplan. Apart from being semi at fault for 2 goals, Nelson had a decent debut (i know that sounds odd)

As for Taylor...given the front two were strugglign to get much service and were having to fight for it, and also provide a bit of physicality , it probably wnats a game to bring taylor in for
