Robbie FFS Give Alan Campbell a game.. he can fill the obvious gaps we have in the midfield dept.

Agreed but Campbell isn't match fit I believe, Pelly should have played

Alan Campbell works hard around the pitch and gets a foot in defensively, much like Pelly. These are not attributes that RE seems to value, which is probably why we ship goals for fun
Doesn't Nakamba do the same thing but much better and he started every game. Alan Campbell is not good enough. It wasn't just Edwards that didn't play him. Millwall didn't either.

Nakamba is the player we have missed most over the past 8 months which is why it mystifies me that we didn’t got in a replacement in January, let alone the summer.
Campbell will never play as higher level as he did with us because he isn't good enough. Not talking about Zac Nelson. Could have played Pelly last night instead of him.
You think Zac is a better option than AC in the current situation? I am ACs biggest critic but he is a better option, Zac should have been subbed off on 60 minutes last night. Poor call to leave him on. He struggled with the pace, movement and physicality of the Burnley midfield. I am all for giving youth a chance but you have to be sensible about where, when and for how long.
So would I, but it appears he is not trusted either, along with Taylor. Whilst both forwards were short on service and didn't look a threat, 10 or so minutes for Taylor could only help his progression.
