    Sweet’s boardroom notes

What does this last paragraph mean in Layman ‘s terms? Really struggling with it, particularly the latter parts. Sorry to be dense.

‘Most importantly, if there’s one thing 32 transfer windows have taught me it’s to sell is to improve – we have little or no doubt that we’ve secured 10 of the 14 players we wanted, however, with 10 still remaining on our squad list, we will finish the Premier League in mind, after all.’

Possible typo? Should it be a "with" the Premier League in mind, after all.

Is he saying we got 10 out of 14 that we wanted (I'm guessing he's including last season's recruitment with this?) and that the board are confident that will be enough to see us challenge for promotion straight back to the Prem this season?

If you read the whole thing you'll realise that it's not the actual programme notes. I would say it's written by... an AI bot

It’s another WALT special. None of it makes any sense, who knows who they got to transcribe the actual notes. A bit embarrassing from them.
