        We have an Ooni and it is fantastic.

        I doubt there is much difference between Ooni and Roccobox if i am honest.

        You are probably best to decide what features you want, e.g. portability, fuel type etc. and then decide from there.

              Cheese on a pizza, generally, is an American invention.

              Pizza was originally the peasants food and consisted of tomatoes, onions, anchovies and whatever was available much like an open sandwich.

                    Pizza isn’t commonly eaten in northern Italy, but when it is, it’s a lot different from the more traditional pizzas from Campania or Puglia.

                      If you read the Italian body that deals with weight and obesity levels it explains a lot. Including regional differences.The Italian diet often contains more Mediterranean healthy elements than the typical high volume Brirish pizza eater eats.

                          Cut down if u can abd burn off those calories with exercise! And add healthy Mediterranean foods to the mix!Type 2 diabetes later in life is not good
