just like last season, expecting our players to perform miracles when it's obvious to all we need help. Stop being so tight with wages etc. and pay what it takes. We won't get any points for financial statements FFS. Clap away ......

We had our season in the premiership, we would have never stayed there!
You need to get in the real world. Enjoy the championship for what it is.
We've never spent big and the promotion season was pretty much done through loan signings and snips like Morris and adabayo.

Not really true, once you get to the PL you become a multi-millionaire team through the TV money. Look at Bournemouth they dragged themselves up through the leagues to become established in the PL. Difference with us is just that the TV money is partly earmarked for PC (I believe).

We had the 2nd or 3rd lowest budget in the championship before the Premier league.
Do you think the owners would have splashed millions of pounds and paid ridiculous wages on the slim chance we would have lasted a season?
Power court was already funded.

But we did. We finished third from bottom. If we’d have maybe added a couple more in January we still stood a good chance.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not sad to see the back of the PL and VAR, personally I think the Championship is the best league out of them all.

If it wasnt for forests points deduction we were miles away.
1 win in the last 17 games with the one win coming in the last minute!
The also injuries never helped.
The big money we spent on the likes of Giles never improved us at all.
The premiership is shit anyway and I'm glad things are back to normal.

Great idea, let’s totally blow the wage structure apart for …… who? And if you do that you then risk pissing off the current players who’ll want parity. But no, you know best, let’s find some average Div 2 player and give him £40k a week just to “get a grip”.
