LTST membership page says I have nothing to pay as I am already a member. So why have I had 2 reminders to pay via email from the Trust, any ideas? Outsider?

Something odd happened with my membership. Said I was a 2022-23 member on the homepage. I paid my 2024-25 membership and the confirmation said I’d paid for 2023-24 and my membership expired 31/7/24 (the day I bought it!). As Outsider said, email that address and they will sort it out, I got a reply the same day.
