Having seen your comment below, I followed this up as it is unusual for any correspondence with the trust to not be replied to. This can sometimes take a while as most board members have full time jobs or could be on holiday. As far as I can ascertain, there is no unanswered correspondence.
Could you please confirm what address you have sent your messages to.

I've been using the 'contact us' form on the website.
I am wondering if my email is saved incorrectly somewhere as I only get a reply if I email someone directly, which I haven't done as I've tried to follow the proper process

The contact form asks you for your email address so what is saved elsewhere wouldn't be relevant.

The acknowledgement isn't an email - it appears on the screen on the contact form once the message has been sent. My test message was received correctly so not sure what happened to your messages.
