There is a process and there always has been. It’s part of the reason we’ve had the great successes we have. We cannot plead poverty as we have in previous seasons. The strategy is to leave it later as inevitably you tend to spend more than necessary on early deals. As more move more become available and that is when deals will be done. At this point I’m very happy with being able to retain the players we have. There will be additions but only when the club are happy to do so. Don’t be fickle, the process has done us well for a long time. Trust the process.

The process can always be improved. Never stand still and be satisfied. Always look for another way that may be better.
