    Spineless

So the England players get criticised for a shocking performance against Denmark and they are now all crying to journalists about how sad it's making them? Pathetic, loser mentality.

Southgate should drop Kane for Palmer

        I agree.

I thought Kane's response was a little bit petty considering most criticism from Shearer and Lineker has been pretty constructive and correct.

Both Lineker and Shearer have fairly similar international records to Kane, both played at semi finals (appreciate Kane has also played in a final), both won golden boots at international tournaments.

Anyway, it's all OK as Gareth has looked at it all and decided the only that needs changing is we now need Gallagher in the middle over TAA.

Everything else will work as well as it has in the last few games. Foden will be as instrumental as ever, and Kane will be completely involved in the game.

Yep, the way Kane responded you'd have thought they had called him a 'useless fraud' or something dramatic.

And yes disappointed in the team news but not surprised. Foden is a wonderful player but he should be dropped for me, the best 11 doesn't mean shoehorning your 11 best players in. I would like to see Gordon play as I think it would give us two wide players who love to run at the fullback, plus Gordon and Trippier are already familiar with each others game.

Yep. I completely understand why Rice and Bellingham are his first two choice. But considering the last two performances, and the fact we're playing Slovenia, for me it's a perfect opportunity to bring Foden in centrally.

But Gareth has looked at it and decided he wants TAA and Gallagher ahead of Foden. Given a chance, he would probably put Ramsdale there ahead of him as he can kick it long to an isolated Kane up front.

Sometimes I think England would play better if they're treated like 9 year olds and given two basic instructions you hear on the side-lines watching kids play - get the defence out to the halfway line when the ball is cleared and ask for every pass to go forward rather than back.

I hadn't noticed your name in the squad

Fair point, but Kane had a point when he said those having a pop such as Shearer had a long list of a failure at tournaments

So itís okay to be useless because others have been useless before?

Pretending to be injured and getting an opponent booked is OK, but saying what you see, is wrong.
