Thought he could still offer us something but we do need to rebuild. A great servant to us who will be missed. Thanks Luke and good luck!

I read the OS as saying it was his decision. Declined contract extension.
            Shame.

Me too. His leg break at Coventry held him back somewhat.

Coventry - do you mean Colchester?

Mrs O sustained a similar injury to her ankle (according to Simon Parsell) - she has never recovered from it and, almost certainly, never will. For Luke to be back playing professional football in such a relatively sort time was amazing.

Before anyone says it, I realise that there is always likely to be a different recovery situation between a professional footballer and a woman in her 60s but the impact it has had on her life makes me realise the speed of his recovery.

Take a look at MSM, methysulfonymethane, it’s a sulphur combine it with vitamin C as well as calcium. If there is any pain the MSM will help, it will also aid the bodies healing process. The older you get the more deficient you become of essential salts.

I love that he scored for us in the Premier League, he will always have that even though he will never play that high again.
