    The most positive relegation...ever?

I can't think of us, as a club, being in a better place mood wise after any other relegation. I also can't think of any other club who have been in such a position?

Talk for yourself. I'm still gutted that we missed a massive chance to establishing ourselves as a premier league team. Imagine how exciting this summer would have been had we stayed up. Now we are braced to lose our best players with a massive rebuilding job on our hands.

Realistically we're never going to establish ourselves as a premier league team without the new stadium or selling our soul as a club to be some billionaires play thing...

We could have punched above our weight for a little longer, but eventually we'd be fighting a losing battle trying to keep hold of managers/players and not being able to match what our rivals can pay. It was fun and I'd like to have stayed up, but equally we're now in a great position to blood some younger players and new signings i.e. Taylor and Holmes

Iíll pick one out of the hat. Relegated or not do you think Barkley (or any other of those being touted around) would have stayed?
