    Goalkeepers

It was refreshing to see Shea come on and immediately start barking orders at the defenders something Kaminski lacks along with his kicking.

    Kaminski-great shot stopper upgraded Sluga
    Krull--Sorry past it
Shea- Best all round keeper with such a young inexperienced defence he would have organised them especially after we lost Tom

NonsenseÖ.lets see how many offers and what fee get for Shea versus Kaminski.
I like Shea as back up but Kaminski is a much better keeper. I know the chant (Lutonís no1)was for his squad number but felt a bit wrong in view of Kaminskiís performances.

I was actually trying to provoke discussion because I dont think Kaminski is as good as some think but is obviously our best keeper we also have Jack Walton coming back from Scotland.

you may get a few brick bats on here but I agree with you that Shea would have been a good player to give a try out at some point. Kaminski stops shots for sure but his command of the area is quite poor - he just likes to stay on his line - and yes he seems really quiet. I really hope Kaminski improves that part of his game. Less said about Krul the better

Plays 15 mins in a glorified friendly and he's better than an Belgian international?

            I love Shea but behave.

            Kaminski is a quality keeper.

Parts of his game are quality but he is not the finished article - the big thing in his favour is how bad our defence has been so it is hard to be too critical of him as he has certainly kept us in quite a few games with his agility

How often does Kaminski come and take or punch a cross into the six yard box?

He just does not like coming off his line - down side of being such a good shot stopper

Evidenced by at least three opposing players trying to beat him from their own halves this season .... although yesterdays effort was pathetic .... certainly not Ollie Lee standard

About as often as most keepers do nowadays.

And it was hardly Shea's biggest strength either.

But yeah, one of our players of the season was clearly the problem.

He was NOT one our biggest problems and he WAS one of our best players - that still does not make him faultless - like I say our defence was terrible but maybe a few times he could have come for crosses given he must have seen what utter rubbish he had in front of him??

the club recently advertised a vacancy for an academy goalkeeper coach, would this be a role Shea could fit into? if he wanted it of course.

Kamiski is an excellent shot stopper and I think has improved his collecting of crosses BUT his kicking is often dreadful . Gave the first goal away yesterday as a prime example of the entire season . I find him a real enigma as he has saved so many potential goals but also cost us on numerous occasions with his kicking or panicking . I would have thought by now his kicking would have improved but it doesnít look like it .
