know how much our owners earn
Know why players are not at functions
Know what our players earn
Know how big their tackle is

the wages thing , goes without saying really. The contract length tho, it's not an official secret , it will be common knowledge within the game. I don't really see what difference it makes us knowing?

Contract lengths are often not as straightforward as they used to be. They often include options or obligations in either direction depending on circumstances such as a player automatically gets an extra year if they play a certain number of games.
