European super league

If it was something that had promotion into and relegation out of from/to the top domestic leagues of a selection of countries in Europe would you be more in favour? So that it becomes the apex of the football pyramid, meaning Prem in this country becomes reclassified as tier 2, Championship tier 3 etc. Initial season starts with Champions of each domestic league plus 2nd and maybe 3rd placed teams for countries with strongest domestic leagues. From 2nd season on you have bottom 3 teams relegated back to their domestic leagues and the Champions of each domestic league enter into play-offs to compete for promotion into it. So the amount of teams represented by each country becomes fluid rather than a fixed amount each season. No teams in the euro league are allowed to enter their domestic cup competitions. Teams are restricted on what they can spend to prevent any teams becoming entrenched and multi club ownership is outlawed at all levels throughout Europe so no more Watford/Grenada/Udinese shenanigans.
If yes which European countries would you include, and how many teams from each, and how many teams overall in the division?
If no, what if it was called the Barclays European Division 1 and had Saint and Greavsie brought back on Saturday mornings to chat about it for half an hour?
So, for example, England has three clubs in it and they end up as the bottom three. Then, no English team qualifies for promotion via the play-off. All of a sudden, the Premier League has three extra teams to fit in.
It would still be rubbish. Imagine being a fan of say Liverpool playing all their away games across the continent. The novelty will wear off if they have 15 away games in Europe each season instead of trips across the UK. It would become like Cricket County Championship with virtually no fans but the TV revenue will keep them afloat. Bring back the European Cup for the winners of domestic leagues, cup-winners cup for winners of major cup competiions and the UEFA cup for others.
The top 6/7 will always sell out, plenty of demand from day trippers/tourists. In fact that’s what the clubs want, more one-game per season ‘fans’ who will drop a couple of hundred on ‘merch’
And any clubs breaking away are dead to English football at any level, even academy matches.
I don’t even care about the Champions League so I definitely wouldn’t care about this. The Champions League was fun back when it consisted of the actual champions from different countries, not the same four teams from the big leagues every season.
