        It is indeed.

        It can be quite a lengthy process to migrate systems. Presumably they're getting specialist contractors in but it will be a challenge to do in the close season, if that's what they're planning

          I think given the size of the clubs customer base and the probable number of integrations it would be a fairly simple task, even if the 'As Is' system is ancient. I know there is at least one Luton fan who works at TwoCircles so is probably more qualified to give opinions on this type of thing.

            Agree it's probably not a massive database (relatively), and getting something working wouldn't take long, but the article suggests it's something completely new so factoring in training for end users plus parallel running etc etc it all adds up.

            Have they moved to twocircles then, do you know?

              I don't know if they have engaged TwoCircles, but I know several of the smaller Premier League clubs do work with them on CRM and customer analysis.
