          Work won’t begin until 2025.

          No detail on whether that is January or December 2025.

          So it won’t be opening 2024/25, nor 2025/26 either.

          So that takes us into 2027 at the earliest and based a conversation I had last week in the Bobbers bar the expectation is 2028 for full opening due to various other factors.

          I was wrong on Dion but I have been pretty much right on everything else.

          Why doesn’t GS give us all an update on the ground, what on earth is stopping him.

          Happy to eat humble pie if I am wrong, so for goodness sake update us all.
